I've worked at LiveBlock Auctions International since Winter 2007 and I've seen many
changes over the years. First with the company being bought by the KAR holdings company.
Changing Live Global Bid to LiveBlock Auctions International. Changing from a Web
Developer to a Customer Development Coordinator. From the beginning, I've always worked
on the development of the largest client and now owner ADESA.
I've had the opportunity to work on many different activities with LAI. I've had the
ability to work as a Project Manager of projects as well as work as a team leader. I've
had fun learning about improving testing processes. I've been involved with this company
having internally a very relaxed small company feel and process management while working
with the client that I have being involved with a very large company and structured process
management and strict change management.
Being on the Social Committee and the OH&S Committee has been a blast. From captaining
a Dragon Boat Team to helping develop a fire escape plan. Working at LAI has been a blast.
The people I've worked with have been fun and entertaining. I have had the pleasure to work
with some very smart and innovative individuals.
